This position will cover all aspects of production and operations and maintenance at an operating facility, as well as overseeing and instructing plant personnel. Management employees direct the work of hourly crews and interact with higher levels of management and staff groups to meet the needs of the business. Many positions require working rotating shifts and/or back turns to support operational demands. Experience or education in management, engineering, or other technical fields is required.

These hourly positions are responsible for all aspects of the production process, including material handling, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality control, warehousing, and various support activities. Plant maintenance personnel are hourly employees responsible for the hands-on upkeep of all equipment necessary for the production and control processes. Maintenance employees perform various types of work, including preventative/predictive, planned outages, routine maintenance, and unplanned stoppages. Positions require working rotating shifts and/or back turns to support operational demands. Previous industrial maintenance experience or equivalent education/training is required.
