Internship Program

Job Post 1

Internship positions are paid positions consisting of one work period (3 months average), which is typically project related. Work schedule options are available should be able to meet the needs of the business, student, and university.

Requirements for Participation

  • Candidates must be full-time, degree-seeking students enrolled in an accredited college or university and have completed or are working toward the completion of academic course
  • Candidates must be in good academic standing
  • Candidates must be willing to work the required schedule as defined in the job description
  • Candidates must continue to maintain an acceptable Grade Point Average while participating in the student employment program

Management

Job Post 2

This position will cover all aspects of production and operations and maintenance at an operating facility, as well as overseeing and instructing plant personnel. Management employees direct the work of hourly crews and interact with higher levels of management and staff groups to meet the needs of the business. Many positions require working rotating shifts and/or back turns to support operational demands. Experience or education in management, engineering, or other technical fields is required.

Production

Job Post 3

These hourly positions are responsible for all aspects of the production process, including material handling, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality control, warehousing, and various support activities. Positions require working rotating shifts and/or back turns to support operational demands. Previous industrial experience is required.

Maintenance

Job Post 4

Plant maintenance personnel are hourly employees responsible for the hands-on upkeep of all equipment necessary for the production and control processes. Maintenance employees perform various types of work, including preventative/predictive, planned outages, routine maintenance, and unplanned stoppages. Positions require working rotating shifts and/or back turns to support operational demands. Previous industrial maintenance experience or equivalent education/training is required.
